SHIPPING OPTIONS
We ship to different countries within Europe.

The shipping costs differ per country and per size and are shown at checkout.
As soon as the package has been delivered to the postal company, you will receive a track & trace code to track the shipment.

We aim to ship within 3-5 business days.
RETURNS
Orders can only be returned in consultation.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days via info@soknots.com. Do not forget to add a photo that clearly shows what is damaged so that we can handle the complaint quickly.
For orders under € 50.00, the return costs are for your own account (unless the item is damaged)
REFUND MONEY
As soon as we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount.
