TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEFINITIONS

1. So Knots : So Knots is established in Heythuysen under Chamber of Commerce no. 64868974

2. Customer : the person with whom So Knots has entered into an agreement.

3. Parties : So knots and customer together.

APPLICABILITY OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers, activities, orders and deliveries of products by or on behalf of So Knots.

2. Parties can only deviate from these terms and conditions if they have expressly agreed so in writing.

3. The parties expressly exclude the applicability of additional and/or deviating general terms and conditions of the customer or third parties.

PRICES

1. All prices that So Knots uses are in euros, include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise or otherwise agreed.

2. All prices that So Knots uses for its products on its website or that are otherwise made known can be changed by So Knots at any time.

3. The price of a product is determined by So Knots on the basis of the hours spent, the amount of material used, the cost of the material used and complexity.

IMPLEMENTATION

1. So Knots conducts to the best of its knowledge and ability and accordingly

the requirements of good workmanship.

2. So Knots has the right to have the services (partially) performed by third parties.

3. So Knots does not work on behalf of the customer.

4. All products are hand-knotted or drawn by So Knots.

5. All designs are property of So Knots. It is not allowed to copy photos and products shown on the website or elsewhere. Unless otherwise agreed.

DISCLAIMER

The customer indemnifies So Knots against all claims from third parties related to the So Knots delivered products.

COMPLAINTS

1. The customer must examine a product delivered by So Knots as soon as possible for any shortcomings.

2. If a delivered product does not meet what the customer could reasonably expect from the product, the customer must inform So Knots of this as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days after the discovery of the shortcomings.

3. The customer provides as detailed a description of the complaint as possible so that So Knots is able to respond adequately.

4. The customer must make the complaint known to So Knots in writing.

5. It is the customer's responsibility that a complaint actually reaches So Knots (on time).

CHANGE OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

So Knots is entitled to change or supplement these general terms and conditions.
